DIRECTOR OF MUSIC - PAUL SPEED
Paul studied music at Goldsmiths College, London for a Bachelor of Music degree before studying Trumpet with Paul Cosh and Paul Archibald.
As a freelance player Paul has performed abroad with the Hong Kong Philharmonic and in Europe and Asia with the Philharmonie die Nationen. Paul has played with various British orchestras including Orchestra of St JohnÃs, Smith Square and The London Concert Orchestra.
He has also toured with the Carl Rosa Opera Company and the national tour of Joseph. Paul currently teaches at The Abbey School, Reading and the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe.
Paul has been involved in conducting various wind and Brass bands in the area and is delighted to be Director of Music for South Berks Concert Band.
